Medical Care by Doctors
Our experienced doctors provide 24 hour support to all members of our care team and
are available to provide on call virtual care for our clients. We do not replace your family
doctor but will work collaboratively with them to ensure care needs are met. All care
plans are overseen by an MD working with an RN on a regular basis.
Nursing Care
Our skilled nurses provide a wide range of individualized services to meet any clients
needs. We can provide wound care, medication oversight , complex and chronic
disease management and so much more. Our care focuses on supporting the patient
AND the family.
Personal Support Services
Our personal support workers assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, companionship, community care and mobility support, promoting independence and comfort.
Palliative Care
We provide compassionate palliative care to manage pain and symptoms, offering emotional and spiritual support to clients and their families during difficult times.
